The Jazz Artists Collection

52-Week Guided Musical Immersions

Jazz history is more than a sequence of famous recordings. It is the story of individual artists who found new ways to phrase, improvise, collaborate and communicate through sound.

Each 52-week experience places you inside the life and creative world of one influential jazz artist—their recordings, performances, relationships, struggles, innovations and lasting cultural legacy.

Spend a year with Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Nina Simone, Herbie Hancock, Charles Mingus and other defining voices in jazz.

Delivered through a beautifully designed digital journal, every volume combines guided listening, cultural history and personal reflection. Week by week, familiar names become complex human stories, and familiar music reveals new layers of meaning.

This is not a collection of brief biographies.

It is an invitation to live with one artist’s work long enough to understand how their voice emerged—and how it changed jazz.

One artist.
Fifty-two weeks.
A deeper way of hearing jazz.
