Refund Policy for Conspire Creations®

Effective Date: 03 March 2026

Digital Products - No Refunds After Download

All Conspire Creations® guided journals are digital products delivered as downloadable PDF files. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You will receive immediate access to your digital product
• Once downloaded, the product cannot be returned

Exceptions

We will provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems accessing or opening your downloaded file (corrupted file, compatibility issues), contact us within 14 days of purchase at admin@conspirecreations.co.uk.  with details of the issue. We will either resolve the technical problem or provide a full refund.

Incorrect Product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong journal, contact us within 24 hours before downloading the file, and we will exchange it for the correct product or issue a refund.

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate purchase.

Before Download: If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at:

• Subject line: "Refund Request - Order #[your order number]"

Please include:

• Your order number
• The product name
• Reason for the refund request
• Description of any technical issues (if applicable)

We will respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind after downloading
• Compatibility with devices not listed in product requirements
• Failure to download within the access period
• Loss of downloaded files (please keep backups)

 

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation, without giving a reason.

How to start a return or cancellation request: Visit https://account.conspire-creations.com/https://account.conspire-creations.com to submit your request through your customer account.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your withdrawal being confirmed.

Return shipping: Not applicable — all products are digital.

Outbound shipping costs: Not applicable — all products are digital.

Digital goods exception: If you consented before download that you waive your right of withdrawal and acknowledged the content would be made available immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun.
