3. Purchasing Our Publications

Customers may purchase our publications through the Conspire Creations® online store.

Our ecommerce services are provided through Shopify and supported payment providers.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
  • The information supplied during checkout is accurate.
  • You are authorised to use your selected payment method.
  • You understand that you are purchasing a digital publication rather than a physical book.
  • You have been provided with the relevant product information and applicable purchase terms.

An order becomes binding when it is accepted by us, normally through order confirmation and payment processing.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised, a genuine pricing error has occurred or there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will provide the appropriate refund.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Pricing, Payments and Taxation

Product prices are displayed on our website and during checkout.

Prices may be displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or another currency where supported by the ecommerce platform.

The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, will be presented before the purchase is completed.

Currency conversion rates may vary depending on the customer's location, payment provider and applicable exchange rates.

We reserve the right to amend product prices for future purchases.

Price changes will not retrospectively affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be completed before access to purchased digital publications is provided.

Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with relevant taxation requirements.

5. Digital Delivery and Download Access

All purchased publications are delivered electronically.

Following successful payment, customers will normally receive access to their purchased digital files through a download link.

Download links may be supplied through the checkout process, order confirmation or our authorised digital-download delivery provider.

Download Access

Download links are normally intended to remain available for 30 days following purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Customers should download and securely save their purchased publications during the available access period.

Where a download link expires or a technical delivery problem occurs, customers may contact us for assistance.

Technical Requirements

Our publications are supplied primarily in PDF format.

Customers require a compatible device and PDF-reading software to access the files.

Certain interactive features, including fillable journal fields, bookmarks and navigation links, may function differently depending on the PDF application used.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended for accessing the full functionality of interactive publications.

The technical requirements and features advertised for a publication form part of the relevant product description.

Nothing in this section limits statutory remedies where digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

6. Personal Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Conspire Creations® digital publication, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that publication, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each purchase provides a single-user licence.

Purchasing a publication does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights associated with its contents.

Permitted Uses

Subject to the relevant publication's licensing conditions, customers may:

  • Download the purchased publication for personal use.
  • Save the file to their own personal devices.
  • Read and study the educational material.
  • Complete exercises and reflection activities.
  • Enter information into interactive journal fields.
  • Save personal notes and completed versions of the journal.
  • Use the publication for private study, cultural learning and personal development.

Printing is permitted only where expressly authorised by the relevant product listing or accompanying licence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents uses expressly permitted by applicable law, including mandatory copyright exceptions and accessibility rights.

Prohibited Uses

Except where expressly authorised by Conspire Creations Ltd or permitted by applicable law, customers must not:

  • Resell, redistribute or commercially reproduce purchased publications.
  • Share complete digital files with other individuals.
  • Upload publications to public file-sharing platforms.
  • Publish substantial portions of the content online.
  • Provide unauthorised access to purchased files.
  • Repackage publications for resale.
  • Remove or falsify copyright notices or trademark information.
  • Reproduce publications for commercial distribution.
  • Incorporate substantial protected content into competing commercial products.
  • Use a personal licence to supply publications to multiple users, institutions or commercial organisations.

These restrictions apply to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Conspire Creations Ltd develops and publishes cultural-learning materials under the Conspire Creations® brand.

Our publications may contain original editorial material, written content, educational exercises, illustrations, page designs, typographical arrangements, branding and other creative elements.

Intellectual-property rights in these elements may be protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

Conspire Creations Ltd retains or controls the rights it lawfully owns or licenses in its publications and website content.

Original Educational Publications

Our publications combine research-led educational content, historical investigation, structured learning activities and guided reflection.

Where applicable, copyright protection may extend to original literary expression, artistic works and qualifying published-edition layouts.

Historical facts, discoveries, ideas and material belonging to the public domain are not claimed as the exclusive property of Conspire Creations Ltd.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights.

Where artificial intelligence has assisted in developing or producing material, the existence and ownership of copyright in particular elements remain subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms asserts copyright ownership over material that is not legally protected or owned or licensed by Conspire Creations Ltd.

Unauthorised Reproduction

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of protected material may constitute copyright infringement or a breach of the applicable purchase licence.

Where appropriate, Conspire Creations Ltd may take lawful action to protect its intellectual-property rights.

8. Trademark Protection

Conspire Creations Ltd owns UK Registered Trademark No. UK00004272293.

The registration covers the combined figurative mark containing the wording:

CONSPIRE CREATIONS — CREATED TO CONSPIRE

The mark was registered by the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office on 26 December 2025, effective from 1 October 2025.

The registration covers:

Class 9: Downloadable digital publications; digital calendars.

Class 16: Calendars.

The registered trademark is owned by Conspire Creations Ltd.

Customers and third parties may not use our protected branding in ways that infringe our trademark rights, including uses that unlawfully suggest an association with, sponsorship by or endorsement from Conspire Creations Ltd.

Permission to purchase or use a digital publication does not grant a licence to use our trademark for commercial purposes.

All trademark rights are reserved to their lawful owners.

9. Artificial Intelligence, Content Extraction and Commercial Reuse

Conspire Creations Ltd invests in the development, research, editorial structure and production of its cultural-learning publications.

To protect the Company's lawful intellectual-property and contractual interests, customers are not authorised under a personal-use licence to use purchased publications for commercial content extraction or AI-training activities.

Except where expressly authorised or permitted by applicable law, prohibited activities include:

  • Using protected publication content to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models.
  • Systematically extracting protected text, illustrations or educational exercises for commercial reuse.
  • Compiling protected publication content into commercial datasets.
  • Reproducing substantial protected content through automated extraction systems.
  • Using protected publication material to develop competing commercial publications.
  • Distributing extracted protected content to third parties for commercial exploitation.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable copyright, contract and other relevant laws.

They do not prevent lawful use of historical facts, public-domain material or activities protected by mandatory statutory exceptions.

Written permission may be requested for uses requiring a separate commercial licence.

10. Educational and Institutional Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchases made through our online store are intended for individual use.

A standard personal-use licence does not authorise an organisation to distribute the purchased publication to multiple readers.

Educational institutions, libraries, learning organisations and businesses wishing to provide our publications to multiple users should contact Conspire Creations Ltd to discuss appropriate licensing arrangements.

Additional permissions may be required for:

  • Institutional distribution.
  • Multiple-user access.
  • Commercial training programmes.
  • Reproduction of protected content for organised educational programmes.
  • Commercial incorporation of our publications into other products or services.

Any additional licence must be agreed separately.

Nothing in this section restricts uses that are permitted by applicable law.

11. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Purchases of digital publications are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

UK consumers normally have a statutory cancellation period for digital-content purchases.

That cancellation right may be lost when digital supply begins, provided the applicable requirements concerning express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right and contractual confirmation have been satisfied.

Downloading a publication does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights where those requirements have not been met.

Where a statutory cancellation right has validly been lost, we do not generally provide discretionary change-of-mind refunds.

However, customers retain statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

Details of our cancellation and refund arrangements are provided in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

12. Customer Accounts and Security

Customers may be able to create or access customer accounts through our ecommerce platform.

Where accounts are available, customers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Customers should not knowingly provide unauthorised third parties with access to their accounts.

We may take proportionate action where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, account misuse or security threats.

Any suspension or restriction of account access will be consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations.

13. Educational Content and Information

Conspire Creations® publications are designed to support independent cultural learning.

Our publications may include historical accounts, educational commentary, research references, exercises and interpretative material.

We take reasonable steps to maintain appropriate editorial standards and distinguish historical evidence from interpretation.

However, historical research and scholarly understanding may develop over time.

Our publications are educational resources and do not constitute accredited qualifications, formal academic tuition or professional advice unless expressly stated.

We do not guarantee that purchasing or completing a publication will result in a particular educational or professional outcome.

Nothing in this section excludes statutory obligations concerning the quality, description or fitness for purpose of the digital content supplied.

14. External Links and Third-Party Resources

Our publications may contain links to external websites, online archives, research resources, museums, libraries, recordings or educational materials.

These resources are provided to support independent investigation and cultural learning.

External websites and services operate independently of Conspire Creations Ltd.

We do not control their availability, technical operation or subsequent changes to their content.

The inclusion of an external link does not automatically imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

Customers should follow the applicable terms and privacy policies of external services.

We remain responsible for our own contractual and statutory obligations concerning the products we supply.

15. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of our online store.

Occasional interruptions may occur because of technical maintenance, service-provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a problem affects an accepted order or prevents access to purchased digital content, customers should contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

We will not seek to exclude responsibility where doing so would conflict with mandatory consumer protection legislation.

16. Liability and Statutory Protections

Conspire Creations Ltd is responsible for fulfilling its obligations under applicable consumer protection and contract law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or restricts:

  • Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Rights relating to digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Other mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
  • Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to these protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, were not caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, or resulted from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.

Where the law permits limitations on liability, those limitations will apply only to the extent that they are lawful, fair and enforceable.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect customer privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What personal information we collect.
  • How personal information is used.
  • The lawful bases for processing.
  • How information may be shared with service providers.
  • How personal information is protected.
  • The rights available to customers.

Customers should review our Privacy Policy for further information.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of the information provided to customers about our services but does not remove any statutory data protection rights.

18. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business operations, products, technology or applicable legislation.

Any revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or expressly agreed with the customer, changes will not retrospectively alter the contractual terms governing an accepted purchase.

Where a change requires customer notification or consent under applicable law, we will comply with those requirements.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to our website or services where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security or respond to serious breaches of these Terms.

Any action taken will be proportionate to the circumstances and consistent with applicable law.

Termination or suspension does not automatically remove a customer's statutory rights or remedies concerning an existing purchase.

Rights and obligations that are intended to continue after termination, including lawful intellectual-property protections, may remain effective.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

However, where a customer resides outside England and Wales, this provision does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable to their purchase.

Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from bringing proceedings in courts that have jurisdiction under mandatory applicable law.

Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with the relevant contractual and statutory requirements.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as ineffective to the extent required by law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permissible.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the relevant product description, applicable purchase information and Refund Policy, govern the purchase and licensed use of Conspire Creations® digital publications.

The Privacy Policy separately explains our personal-information processing practices.

Nothing in these documents excludes statutory rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
